Beautiful colourful spread Jackie! I like the shadows around the white dots, and how you were able to get your thoughts translated onto the paper. I hope your wings are healing ... Take care and have a great weekend! Hugs Denise xxx
What a beautiful and poignant journal spread. Those words remind me of the Paul McCartney song, 'Blackbird singing in the dead of night/Take these broken wings and learn to fly'. I love the dark contrasting with the wonderful oolour. Journaling is a brilliant way to explore and to heal. I hope your weekend is a beautiful one, Jackie. xxx
Awesome layers Jackie and a meaningful page - I used to love that song by Mr Mister! It takes me right back to my teenage bedroom!
Wow, dear Jackie, what a wonderful mix of colors and layering, amazing with shadows, and your text. I hope my friend, that putting your thoughts to paper, made them fly away, and come back meaningful, and with new hope . I hope your broken wings will heal, and be strong and happy again. Sending you loving thoughts, and hugs, dear.

What a stunning spread, Jackie - you colour sense always has me drooling for more, and more, and more! Wishing you instant repair, kryptonite wings and a happy flight my friend. xo
Wow, such a bright, vibrant and full of life spread! Love the messy artsyness!
Stunning art journalling, Jackie - the layers of colour are so intense and vibrant, with those darker black accents providing definition and a hint of troubles being borne with. Amazing pages.

Gosh Jackie, nearly missed this beauty! I have been distracted by a project I'm doing and on top of that now have a cold too, must get my act together! Have a great week, Angela xXx
I LOVE that song, and using it is fabulous! The texture and color on these pages is FABULOUS...I want to touch it! Beautiful! Thanks so much for visiting me too, and sorry I haven't been around.
Hi, Jackie! Yes, I'm finally coming round! We are back from our summer vacation, and I'm slowly digging out! Don't suppose I will ever 'catch up' with anything, but I do love visiting my favorite blogs with a cup or two of coffee in the quiet mornings! Your journal pages have sure woken me up! Brilliant coloring and a very thoughtful message! Are you like me always with a tune in the back of your head? I'm working on a set of pages and first thing came to mind was 'Tiny Dancer'. Stay tuned!
Great score on the AS stamps--lucky you! These pages look to have such emotion and deeper meaning--great to get that out in your beautiful artwork! Sending hugs and more!
Fabulous vibrant journal pages..wonderful Jackie! Ruth xx
Beautifully rich colours and textures on these journal pages!!
Gorgeous background and those circles look almost dimensional, popping off the page. Love all the layers . Hugs. Tracy x
