My canvas is a Artist's Loft hardboard 8x10.
For the base of my piece I used white modeling paste with various tools for mark making. When this was dry I covered the outside edges of the canvas with Black gesso.
Next I used more white modeling paste with a pale silver paint and Donna Downey's floral stencil in random patterns.
Then came my glorious colors!
For this October Lindy's Color Challenge (in the nick of time), I used the following products:

Here is the joy of colors. When I look your lovely colors I remember last autumn. That was so colorful too. When I look still more I can see last Summer, it`s flowers and butterflies. Now Summer and Autumn have passed but I can see both of them in colors and figures of your work. Nice

So happy to hear you're going to be on the Wanderlust journey too! I'm not teaching on it though, I'm afraid, just on board to encourage people to join in... Really looking forward to it all - and with so many blog friends involved it's going to be lovely - not that I'm much for online communities... but we'll see! I already know I'm going to be away from my craft table for at least a couple of months next year, so my only way to join in will have to be via other people!!
