Just my imagination...

Friday's post is shown today due to holiday, not really...because I forgot to hit schedule!oops! thanks for waiting ")

Happy 4th of July to all -
even if you are not of the United States of America!

Congratulations to Lynn Krawczyk (aka Smudged Textiles Studio) and Artistcellar on the release of Lynn's new stencils~Marked Series.
Today's post I'm using 3 of Lynn K's new stencils~Tracks,Commas,Os
Started with a previous made background,I was not fond of

I pulled out a bunch of my favorite colors from Golden and went to town!

First stencil up was Tracks- in CeruleanBlueDeep and Teal

then came Commas in HansaYellowMedium and Dairylide Yellow
I really had no idea where I was going with this until, I started putting on the Os...
in yummy colors of QuinacrodoneMagenta and PermanentVioletDark

OOOOH! this is when I said, looks like flowers (Os) to me,against a lattice fence (Tracks) with sundrops (Commas) all around
So I added some marks of my own on under my imaginations flowers and then used my white Posca marker to give my flowers some flair.

Next added was a bit of stamping- flowers need Butterflies -right? and they also need stems with leaves to grow
Adding a bit of fine tuning with distressing to tone down the piece a bit and also adding some copper and gold-because I like shimmer and sparkle, and adding another layer of Os, this time with clear Embossing Paste ~ all that was left was to add my word and a few metal elements to pull it all together!
So glad you took the time to visit today and maybe leave a thought!
Jackie")

Jackie, it's beautiful, and you were so right to see the flowers in that stencil, I loved when you added the stalks with the stamp. It's a lovely meadow with butterflies!
