Journal play with the Muses

I have been playing in my journals again, spending some quiet time meditating and creating.
This page here, was created during a very reflective time this past weekend.
My star represents Hope
and the muses represent the sisterhood
that is ever present in my life.
~I am thankful for you all~
My journal background was created using one of my new favorite products by Paper Artsy-Infusions!
I just Love these little powders of pure color joy!
Here I used clear embossing paste mixed with embossing powder through a stencil.

Then added a few more favorites...
Lindy's Starburst Sprays~yummy shimmer
and then some splatters were made by blowing air through a straw onto the wet colors
After the background dried,I added
the beautiful Muses graphic by itKuPiLLi
I am such a fan of her designs!
Next came the pressed leaves & flowers.
These are from my sis,Judy, who recently paid a visit and brought her stash of dried flora from last summer's bounty.
these were attached with matte medium
finally more splatters were added by loading a paintbrush with some white paint and gently tapping it over the page.

and here is the full page~hope you like it as well as I do!
I might have to mount it to a canvas-what do you think?

 Thank you for visiting
Sending you wishes for peace and serenity

A beautiful page indeed, Jackie!
I especially love how you managed to really fuse the lovely ladies with that amazing background! Very cleverly and well done!
And I can see (or rather feel) the joy you had during the creative process. There's been spent a lot of patience and attention to detail - which makes it as precious as it is.
Love it!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful make with us at Emerald Creek Dares!
Hugs,

I think it is amazingly beautiful, Jackie, I love the Infusions, too, and the colors you choose are gorgeous together with the muses. Also love the glitter creating the magic feeling, I think belongs to the muses, and framing them with the leaves and dried flowers, makes it a masterpiece, dear. xox
